Job Description
- Area Officer – Security Operations Security Field Officer
- Security Area Supervisor
- Security Operations Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + TA + Mobile Allowance
- Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and deploy security guards at client locations
- Manage attendance, relievers, and emergency replacements
- Conduct surprise/night site visits
- Ensure guards are in proper uniform and discipline
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues
- Maintain daily reports and guard deployment records
- Train guards on duties and company SOPs
- Handle shortage and immediate manpower requirements
- RequirementsExperience in security agency or facility management company
- Ability to handle 50–200 guards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Bike mandatory for field visits
- Knowledge of deployment and attendance handling
- Basic Excel and WhatsApp reporting knowledge
