Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Manage and grow sales within assigned territory/area.
  • Appoint, support and monitor distributors, dealers or retailers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Visit market regularly and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Lead, train and motivate sales executives/field staff.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Required Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills
