Job Description – Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager

Industry: Electrical Products / Voltage Stabilizers / Power Solutions

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing channel partners, handling key accounts, and achieving sales targets for electrical products such as voltage stabilizers, transformers, UPS systems, and other power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Manage dealers, distributors, OEMs, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research and identify new market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and recommend suitable business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and B2C sales within the electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products, power solutions, stabilizers, UPS, transformers, or related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for business development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
