Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide disease knowledge and training to telesales agents
- Create and shoot educational videos related to Ayurvedic health topics
- Guide telesales team regarding patient handling and communication
- Support agents in understanding treatment approaches and patient concerns
- If required, handle or join patient calls for medical guidance/support
- Help improve telesales conversion through proper medical explanation
- Maintain professional and ethical communication with patients

- Varicocele
- Hydrocele
- Sexual Health Issues
- Kidney Problems

- Gastric & Digestive Disorders

- General Ayurvedic Disease Management
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic understanding of telesales and patient counseling
- Confidence in front of camera for video shoots
- Ability to train and motivate telesales staff
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and treatments
- Professional behavior and teamwork
