Back-end Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive with knowledge of loan processing to support our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for managing loan documentation, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, verifying customer information, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications from submission to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage loan applications for Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, or other loan products.
• Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan approvals.
• Prepare and maintain loan files and MIS reports.
• Follow up on pending documents, login status, approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
• Update customer records in CRM or internal software.
• Resolve backend operational issues related to loan processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of files.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of loan processing and banking procedures.
• Understanding of loan documentation and eligibility criteria.
• Familiarity with Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, and Mortgage products.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/software tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple loan files.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, NBFC, DSA, or financial services.
• Freshers with strong knowledge of loan products may also be considered.
