Job Title: Backend Operations
Location: Vasant Vihar, South Delhi (Walking distance from Vasant Vihar Metro Station – Magenta Line)
Openings: 3
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Salary will be evaluated based on experience & capabilities)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Industry Preference: Audio-Visual, IT Hardware, Office Automation Products & Solutions, or allied product lines

Role Overview
We are hiring a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Operations Coordinator to manage the entire backend sales operations.
The ideal candidate will efficiently handle lead management, proposal creation, OEM coordination, order execution, installation planning, and payment follow-up.
Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in GeM & Tender procedures are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Sales Support
- Manage sales leads from IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, and internal sources.
- Qualify inquiries, understand requirements, and support the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with clients for closures.
2. Sales Coordination & Order Execution
- Handle end-to-end sales workflow: order processing, dispatch, installation, and closure.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, logistics teams, sales team, and customers.
- Track order status, delivery schedules, stock levels, and installation plans.
- Schedule demos, site visits, and technical interactions
3. OEM & Vendor Management
- Liaise with OEMs for pricing, technical specs, BOQs, delivery timelines, and approvals.
- Negotiate for competitive pricing and service commitments.
- Ensure timely procurement and material availability.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and order execution logs.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
5. Post-Sales Coordination
- Coordinate installation teams and ensure timely execution at client sites.
- Handle client communication for support, invoice submission, and follow-up.
- Ensure payment collection and realization on time.
6. Office Coordination & Team Support
- Work closely with operations, finance, and sales departments.
- Provide leadership support and handle internal coordination smoothly.
- Maintain professional communication and workflow efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Back-Office Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Audio Visual, IT Hardware, or Office Automation industries.
- Experience with OEM coordination, and procurement workflows.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Leadership qualities and ability to support/manage junior staff.
