Job Summary:

The Junior Barista supports senior baristas in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee, customer service, and learning café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies)
• Operate coffee machines and grinders under supervision
• Serve customers politely and take orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, counters, and equipment
• Restock supplies and check inventory
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Handle cash and POS systems if required
• Learn coffee brewing techniques and latte art
• Support team during busy hours

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee (preferred, training provided)
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn
• Team player

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior café experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours:

• Shift-based
• Weekends and holidays as required
