Debt Recovery Telecaller / Executive

Job Title: Debt Recovery Telecaller

Process: Banking & NBFC (ICICI, HDFC, Kotak, Tata Capital, etc.)

Experience: 6 months – 15 years (Both DRA and Non-DRA candidates can apply)

CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors via phone to discuss overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and terms to facilitate debt recovery
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements
• Follow up on payment commitments and update status of outstanding debts
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Provide customers with information and support to help resolve their debts
• Collaborate with other departments to address disputes and discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in debt collection or customer service roles (freshers with strong communication also considered)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations is a plus
