Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Consultation: Engage with walk-in customers or prospects to understand their computing needs, usage requirements, and budget constraints.Product Demonstration: Provide live demonstrations and clearly explain the technical specifications, features, and benefits of different laptop models and brands.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly individual or team sales targets.Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend relevant accessories (mice, bags, docks), extended warranties, and software/antivirus packages to maximize transaction values.Inventory & Display: Ensure products are attractively merchandised, assist with stock monitoring, and coordinate with staff for inventory replenishment.After-Sales Support: Assist customers with billing, basic troubleshooting, warranty registrations, and post-purchase inquiries.
