Location: On-site { East of Kailash,Delhi }
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 2.5 - 4 LPA

We operate through Robochamps, Cluster of Achievers (COA), and World School Summit (WSS), bringing innovation to education through robotics, training, events, and school engagement.
Role: Business Development Executive We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive to drive sales, build strong professional relationships, and help grow our presence in schools and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and field visits.
● Pitch company products: Robochamps Robotics Programs, COA Awards & WSS Events.
● Conduct presentations and meetings with schools and decision-makers.
● Maintain strong follow-ups and close sales within timelines.
● Build long-term client relationships to support repeat business.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
● Represent the company at school events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
● Any Graduate or relevant programme/diploma
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle field sales and client meetings.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
● Prior experience in EdTech, Events, or Institutional Sales is an advantage.
● Basic understanding of CRM or lead management is a plus.
