AT Production, a leading creative advertising agency, is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about sales, client engagement, and the advertising world, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and networking

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets

• Deliver compelling sales pitches to clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare & negotiate proposals and contracts

• Maintain sales reports and daily activity logs

• Coordinate with internal teams to execute client requirements

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Build brand loyalty through consistent communication

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Advertising/Digital Marketing experience preferred)

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong long-term career vision in sales can also apply

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing services

• Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic client needs

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

📌 Key Details

• Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational weekly off)

• Work Mode: Office-based (WFH in emergencies)

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives (₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000)
