Business Development Executive (BDE)

B2B Field Sales Executive ( BDE) Profile for an E commerce company based in Kalindi kunj , South Delhi .

We’re looking for a hunter-minded B2B Field Sales Executive who loves being on the ground, meeting decision makers, and closing corporate deals. You will be responsible for generating new business and growing accounts in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition

- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through market research, cold visits, references, and LinkedIn

- Schedule and conduct client meeting and give presentations

- Understand client business needs and pitch the right solution

2. Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting > Pitch > Negotiation > Closure

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts

Must Have Skills & Qualifications

- 6Month -3 Year years experience in B2B Field Sales

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Own 2-wheeler/4-wheeler + valid driving license preferred

- Comfortable in Delhi /Ncr

- Graduate in BBA/MBA preferred.
