Business Development Executive – Lead Plan Sales

About PalaceDekho

PalaceDekho is a destination wedding platform that connects wedding planners and wedding professionals with qualified destination wedding leads across India.

We help wedding planners grow their business by providing access to verified wedding inquiries, venue consultation support, and destination wedding opportunities.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with destination wedding planners, wedding consultants, event management companies, and wedding professionals across India

• Pitch and sell PalaceDekho's lead plans and partnership solutions

• Explain the benefits, pricing, and structure of PalaceDekho's lead generation services

• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups with prospective partners

• Build relationships with wedding industry professionals and decision-makers

• Understand planner requirements and recommend suitable lead plans

• Negotiate and close partnership opportunities

• Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up schedules, and CRM updates

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners for renewals and upselling opportunities


Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence in handling B2B sales conversations

• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities

• Comfortable working with targets and sales KPIs

• Experience in sales, business development, wedding industry, hospitality, events, advertising, or related sectors is preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
