Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
