We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us build and manage dealer relationships, drive sales growth, and expand Autofy’s footprint in the offline market, all while working from home.


Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential dealers, pitching Autofy’s product range, and ensuring strong business relationships with retail partners. This is a remote sales role ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are goal-oriented.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in assigned regions.

• Maintain regular communication with existing partners to drive sales and re-orders.

• Present product features, offers, and promotions to potential dealers.

• Coordinate with the internal operations team for timely order processing and dispatch.

• Track sales performance and share weekly reports with management.

• Maintain a good understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with partners.


Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply).

• Education: Graduate in any field (Sales/Marketing background preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups from home.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
