Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including international mobile network operators (MNOs), aggregators, and enterprise businesses.


Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process from initial cold outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.


Solution Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations focused on VoIP calling, virtual numbers, and CPaaS platforms.


Relationship Building: Maintain and scale long-term partnerships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure recurring revenue.


Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and global messaging policies to adjust go-to-market strategies.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with technical, legal, and finance teams to prepare customized commercial proposals and ensure smooth client onboarding. 


Required Skills & Qualifications


Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, including SIP, PBX, cloud telephony, and unified communications.


Sales Proficiency: Proven experience in B2B or international sales, typically requiring 3–8 years of experience in the telecom or IT sector.


Technical Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts (like A2P SMS delivery or routing models) to non-technical stakeholders.


Tools: Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot and data-driven reporting tools.


Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Telecommunications; an MBA is often preferred for managerial roles. 


Performance Metrics


Achieving monthly and quarterly gross margin and revenue targets.


Pipeline growth and lead conversion rates.
