 JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the civil construction and interior fit-out sector. This high-impact role involves identifying new business opportunities, building a corporate client pipeline, and converting leads into long-term partnerships — while collaborating with internal teams to exceed revenue targets.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•   Identify & develop new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, and institutional segments.

•   Corporate client acquisition — from outreach and discovery to proposal and deal closure.

•   Pursue tender opportunities, government and private project leads through multiple channels.

•   Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and tailored proposals.

•   Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while safeguarding company profitability.

•   Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and project execution.

•   Market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and positioning opportunities.

•   Maintain CRM database of prospects, active clients, and project pipeline.

•   Achieve revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually to drive business expansion.

•   Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 

✓ MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)


✓ 5+ years in Business Development / Sales /

Client Acquisition


✓ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills


✓ B2B sales expertise, preferably construction or interior

fit-outs


✓ CRM tools, MS Office & business reporting proficiency


✓ Networking & leadership ability to independently close
