Job Description: Business Development ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across key channels.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Generate leads through references, and market mapping
  • Conduct product presentations and explain business benefits
  • Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and support
  • Track market feedback, competitor activity, and report insights
  • Ensure timely collections and documentation from partners
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in field sales and client meetings
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
