We are now looking for a tech-savvy, growth-oriented Business Development Manager to scale our reach and modernize our lead conversion processes.
The RoleWe are seeking a proactive BDM who thrives at the intersection of luxury beauty, data-driven research, and AI-powered business expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing the lead lifecycle from generation to conversion, and working closely with our creative teams to ensure a seamless brand experience. Candidate must be good at BtoC Sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct deep-dive research into luxury wedding markets, high-net-worth individual (HNI) segments, and geographical expansion opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and qualify leads. You will own the sales funnel, ensuring that inquiries are not just answered but converted into high-value bookings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Content Team and Social Media Management Team to align outreach efforts with brand messaging. You will provide insights to help them create high-converting marketing collateral.
- AI Integration & Documentation: Implement and manage AI tools for CRM, automated lead tracking, and business forecasting. You will be responsible for documenting all sales processes and using data to identify bottlenecks in the business.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, luxury venues, and fashion designers to create a referral ecosystem.
- Reporting: Use data-driven insights to provide weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates, ROI on marketing efforts, and growth projections.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Marketing, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in using AI tools for business (e.g., ChatGPT for drafting, AI-driven CRM tools, or automated data analysis).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations with HNI clients.
- Process-Oriented: A disciplined approach to documentation and pipeline management.
- Collaboration: A natural leader who can bridge the gap between technical tools and creative content teams.
