BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FIELD SALES)
Location: Delhi NCR (Travel to other cities as required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and relationship-driven professionals to join our Business Development team. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, relationship management and business development across Delhi NCR and other assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and meet professionals and business owners across Delhi NCR and other assigned cities.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings.
- Present the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and field activities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity and confidence.
Candidate Profile
- 2–10 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
