Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Business Manager to remotely oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). This is a leadership role that requires strong analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
As a Virtual Business Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of business operations, ensuring employees remain productive, tasks are completed on time, and business owners receive real-time updates about everything happening at their locations.
You will act as the business owner's eyes and ears on the ground, managing teams remotely, driving accountability, and ensuring smooth business operations.
