🔹 Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales / Business Development Engineer to drive B2B sales for industrial process heating solutions. The role involves client interaction, business development, and end-to-end sales cycle management across industrial sectors.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors
- Meet industrial customers, end users, consultants, OEMs, and EPC contractors
- Understand customer applications and generate enquiries
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and solution selling
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents
- Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry to order execution and payment realization
- Develop new customer accounts and expand existing business
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong B2B Sales & Business Development experience
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions
- Knowledge of industrial products / process equipment
- Customer relationship management and field sales expertise
🔹 Preferred Industry Experience:Candidates with experience in:
- Industrial Heaters
- ETP / RO Systems
- Industrial HVAC Systems
- Industrial Pumps
- Industrial Process Equipment
🔹 Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical
- OR Science Graduate with relevant experience
