Campaign Analyst

KeyResponsibilities:

• TeamLeadershipsManagement:

o Lead,mentor,andcoachateamofdigital collectionsagentstomeetand

exceedkeyperformance indicators (KPIs).

o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

o Foster apositive andhigh-performancework environment.

o Monitor teamperformance, ensuringadherencetoqualitystandards and

compliance protocols.

• Digital Collections Strategy Execution:

o Develop and implement effective digital collections campaigns across

various channels such as email, SMS, social media, and chat.

o Analyzecampaigndatatoidentifytrends,optimizestrategies,andimprove

recovery rates.

o Utilizedataanalyticstosegment customerportfoliosandtailor

communication strategies.

o Collaboratewiththe analytics teamtobuildandrefine digital collections

models.

• DataAnalysis sReporting:

o Demonstrate strongproficiency inMicrosoftExceltotrack team

performance,analyzecampaignresults,andcreatecomprehensivereports.

o PrepareandpresentregularperformancereportsusingPowerPointforsenior

management and clients.

o Analyzedatatoidentifyopportunities forprocessimprovementsand

strategic enhancements.

• Client s Stakeholder Management:

o Serveasakeypointofcontactforclients,handlinginquiriesandproviding

regularupdates on collectionperformance.

o Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternal

stakeholders.

o Presentperformance insights andstrategic recommendations to clients ina

clear and compelling manner.

• Process Improvement s Compliance:

o Identifyandimplementprocessefficiencies tostreamlinedigitalcollections

operations.

o Ensureallcollectionsactivitiescomplywithregulatoryrequirementsand

company policies.

o Stayupdatedwithindustrytrendsandbestpractices indigital collections and

customer engagement.

RequiredSkillsandQualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree inBusiness,Marketing,Finance, ora relatedfield.

• 3-4yearsofprofessionalexperience,withastrongpreferenceforabackgroundin

digitalmarketing, campaignmanagement, or collections.

• Provenexperience leadingateam.

• ExcellentanalyticalskillswithastrongproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel(VLOOKUP,

PivotTables, advanced formulas).

• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint.

• Exceptional communicationandinterpersonal skills.

• Strongclienthandlingandrelationshipmanagementabilities.

• Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedandtarget-drivenenvironment.
