About the Role

Are you passionate about guiding aspiring doctors towards their dream medical college? We're looking for experienced Career Counsellors / Admission Advisors who understand the NEET ecosystem and can confidently counsel students and parents throughout their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding NEET, MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other medical admissions.
• Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable colleges.
• Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions through ethical counselling.
• Explain admission processes, eligibility, counselling rounds, documentation, and fee structures.
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with admission and operations teams for smooth enrolment.

Who We're Looking For

✔ 1+ years of experience in:

• NEET Counselling
• Medical Admission Counselling
• Career Counselling

✔ Excellent communication in Hindi and English

✔ Strong counselling and persuasion skills

✔ Deep understanding of:

• NEET Exam
• MCC Counselling
• State Counselling
• MBBS/BDS Admissions
• Private & Deemed Medical Colleges

✔ Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
