Job Description
Role Overview
The Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery is responsible for managing daily bakery operations, ensuring
consistency, product quality, and adherence to SOPs. This role focuses on delivering perfectly
executed bakery products while maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily bakery operations and production
• Ensure all bakery products are consistently executed with perfect quality
• Conduct proper quality checks for all products before dispatch
• Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
• Coordinate with Kitchen Support Team (KST) and Packaging Team for proper packing
• Work closely with procurement team for timely ordering of raw materials
• Maintain accurate daily closing stock and inventory records
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients
