CIVIL WITH INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are hiring a good civil with Interior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering interior design and execution projects on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ManagementPlan the complete interior project from design development to final handover.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate multiple activities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Client CoordinationUnderstand client requirements, expectations, and project scope.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
• Handle client feedback, changes, complaints, and approvals.
• Design CoordinationCoordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Review drawings, layouts, BOQs, material specifications, and design details.
• Ensure designs are practical and suitable for site execution.
• Site & Execution ManagementMonitor daily site activities and overall project progress.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture, and other interior works.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Vendor & Contractor ManagementSelect and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Monitor contractor performance and work quality.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials reach the site as scheduled.
• Budget & Cost ControlPrepare and monitor project budgets.
• Track project expenses and prevent unnecessary cost overruns.
• Verify contractor bills, quotations, variations, and purchase requirements.
• Quality ControlEnsure workmanship and materials meet approved quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Timeline & Progress MonitoringTrack project progress against the approved schedule.
• Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Take corrective action to maintain project deadlines.
• Team CoordinationManage and coordinate designers, site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure site safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate compliance with building, fire, electrical, and other applicable requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, work orders, BOQs, and site records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
• Maintain records of variations, delays, and client approvals.
• Final HandoverConduct snagging and ensure all defects are rectified.
• Coordinate final inspections with the client.
• Ensure completion of documentation and project handover.
• Obtain client sign-off and project closure.
