Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients across assigned territories.
- Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, PMC Consultants, Contractors, and High-Net-Worth Homeowners.
- Explore new business opportunities and untapped market segments.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Initiate contact through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and direct visits.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Present the company's products, strengths, and value proposition professionally.
- Convince prospects to visit the showroom and explore product offerings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships.
Market Expansion
- Identify new geographic markets and business channels.
- Generate partnerships and referral networks.
- Gather market intelligence regarding industry trends, projects, and upcoming opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for expanding business operations and increasing market penetration.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Provide regular updates on market activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and project support.
