Job Description
Job Title: Collection Executive (Telecalling)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment collections.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and secure payment commitments.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM/Dialer system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the Team Leader.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication, negotiation, and basic computer skills.
