Job Description
Tele Collection Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive to handle outbound calls and follow up with customers for overdue payments. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers for payment follow-ups
- Explain dues and resolve customer queries
- Maintain records of calls and payment status
- Achieve daily/weekly collection targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Negotiation and convincing ability
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
