Job Description

Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: Dwarka Sector 12

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000

Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle collection calls and follow up with customers for pending payments
  • Maintain customer records and update payment status
  • Resolve customer queries related to repayments
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution

Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Experience in collections/telecalling will be an added advantage
