Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Collection Executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Develop incentive structures to improve collection productivity.
- Ensure adequate staffing and workforce planning for collection operations.
- Analyze collection trends and portfolio performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
- Monitor key collection metrics and identify areas of improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance recovery rates and operational efficiency.
