Collection/ Recovery Telecaller

Job Summary:

Sai Prefix India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and target-driven Collection Telecallers to manage customer follow-ups, recover outstanding payments, and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Contact customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.

 Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

 Negotiate payment arrangements and encourage timely repayments.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.

 Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.

 Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

 Update collection status in company systems and reports.

 Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to the Team Leader.

Required Skills:

 Good communication and persuasion skills.

 Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.

 Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

 Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

 Positive attitude and professional conduct.

Eligibility:

 Graduate or Undergraduate.

 Minimum 6 months of experience in Collection, Recovery, BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Service.

 Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
