Job OverviewSai Prefix India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Collection Telecallers (Collection/Recovery Executives) for our Delhi offices. We are looking for confident and target-oriented professionals with experience in collections, recovery, loan collections, or debt recovery. Candidates with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification will be given preference.

If you have strong communication and negotiation skills and are passionate about achieving recovery targets, we'd love to have you on our team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for collection of overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
• Negotiate repayment plans and secure payment commitments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
• Resolve customer queries related to payments in a professional manner.
• Follow company and client compliance guidelines during every interaction.
• Eligibility Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years in Collection, Recovery, Telecalling, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services, Freshers with good vocal can also be considered.
• DRA Certified candidates are preferred.
• Experience in Recovery/Collections will be an added advantage.
• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
