- Contact customers through calls regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Resolve customer concerns related to payments and billing.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues.
