 Collection Roles & Responsibilities


1-Regular follow-up with customers/branches for pending payments through calls, emails, and reminders.


2-Sharing invoices, service reports, installation certificates, and other required documents with customers on time.


3-Coordinating with branch officials, controlling offices, and accounts departments for payment approval and release.
