Commi 1 / Senior Chef –

📍 Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (depending on experience & trial)

We are hiring an experienced Commi 1 / Senior Cook for our restaurant in Mahipalpur. Candidate should have strong kitchen knowledge, good hygiene, and ability to handle kitchen operations during rush hours.

  • Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years experience in restaurant kitchen
  • Good knowledge of:
  • North Indian
  • Chinese
  • Tandoor (optional advantage)
  • Fast working and disciplined
  • Must maintain cleanliness & food quality
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Should handle orders during peak hours
  • Knowledge of kitchen prep and stock handling
  • Responsibilities:Prepare food as per restaurant standards
  • Maintain taste consistency & presentation
  • Support smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team
  • Preferred:Candidates from hotel/restaurant background
  • Immediate joiners preferred
