Back Office Operation in Service Centre of Home Appliance company. Profile includes Customer Handling, Complaints Allocation and Closing, Taking Report and Coordination with Field Technician
Candidates for Computer Operator should have detailed knowledge of computers and must have following:
• Good Typing Speed minimum 30 wpm
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good in Customer Handling
• Email drafting
Job Timing is 9AM - 7PM Six Days a week
