Computer Teacher

Job description: You will be responsible for delivering the digital literacy learning classes to the students (8 year to 14 years enrolled in the center) as per the curriculum and learning objectives set by the Director, GWER, and Learning Coordinator, GreenApple Learning Center, Chirag Delhi as per government guidelines and expected learning outcomes for each class level. You will be provided regular on-the-job supervision and training in teaching methods, which you will apply in 

the class.

• Apply appropriate class management techniques to inculcate good values system, love for reading and learning and discipline among students. 
• Development or compilation of learning materials for digital literacy classes as per the agreed curriculum.
• Maintain regular teacher’s diary detailing the weekly and daily teaching plan and students’ progress.
• Maintain student attendance records and fees payment record.
• Fully understand all the syllabus of the digital literacy class and know all the worksheets and other teaching learning materials. 
• Develop teaching learning materials and search google and YouTube for creative ideas on how to teach the subject and stay updated with all the syllabus content. 
• Regular assessment of the students’ performance and take measures to improve their performance.
• Organization of regular parent-teacher meetings and maintaining regular contact with children’s parents. 
• Participate in any teacher training organized by Green World Education and Research. 
• Assessment of different teaching-learning strategies and coordination with learning coordinator staff for any software development and management.
• Regular assessment of the materials based on pilot testing with different groups of children.
• Any other relevant task that may be assigned by Director GWER and Learning Coordinator, GLC,
