Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Site Supervisor who can manage labour, coordinate with site engineers, maintain quality, and ensure smooth execution of waterproofing and construction-related works at project sites.

The candidate should be disciplined, technically aware, and capable of handling labour teams independently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and labour work.
  • Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and site engineers.
  • Maintain daily attendance and labour records.
  • Ensure proper material usage and prevent wastage.
  • Monitor quality and safety at site.
  • Prepare daily progress reports with site photos/videos.
  • Handle basic measurements and billing coordination.
  • Resolve labour issues and maintain discipline at site.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness.
  • Follow company SOPs and reporting systems.
