Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to prepare high-quality continental dishes while maintaining excellent food presentation, hygiene, and kitchen standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of continental cuisines and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook continental dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Manage food preparation, portion control, and plating.
- Monitor inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safe working practices.
- Assist in creating new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
