Job Description
- 🔹 Core ResponsibilitiesPatient ConsultationUnderstand client concerns (skin, hair, body issues)
- Suggest suitable aesthetic treatments (laser, peel, Botox, etc.)
- Treatment PlanningExplain procedures, benefits, risks, and expected results
- Customize treatment packages based on client needs
- Sales & ConversionConvert walk-ins and leads into paid clients
- Achieve monthly revenue/target goals
- Upsell and cross-sell services/packages
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild trust and maintain long-term relationships
- Handle follow-ups and feedback
- Coordination with DoctorsDiscuss cases with dermatologists/aesthetic doctors
- Ensure proper treatment flow and scheduling
- 🔹 Daily TasksAttending walk-in and online leads
- Calling and following up with interested clients
- Maintaining patient records
- Explaining pricing and closing deals
- Coordinating appointments
- 🔹 Required SkillsStrong communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of skin & aesthetic treatments
