Job Description

  • 🔹 Core ResponsibilitiesPatient ConsultationUnderstand client concerns (skin, hair, body issues)
  • Suggest suitable aesthetic treatments (laser, peel, Botox, etc.)
  • Treatment PlanningExplain procedures, benefits, risks, and expected results
  • Customize treatment packages based on client needs
  • Sales & ConversionConvert walk-ins and leads into paid clients
  • Achieve monthly revenue/target goals
  • Upsell and cross-sell services/packages
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild trust and maintain long-term relationships
  • Handle follow-ups and feedback
  • Coordination with DoctorsDiscuss cases with dermatologists/aesthetic doctors
  • Ensure proper treatment flow and scheduling
  • 🔹 Daily TasksAttending walk-in and online leads
  • Calling and following up with interested clients
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Explaining pricing and closing deals
  • Coordinating appointments
  • 🔹 Required SkillsStrong communication & convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of skin & aesthetic treatments
