Ugrawat Enterprises is hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer queries and provide support through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Assist with orders, payments, returns, and refunds.
* Resolve customer issues on time.
* Maintain basic records and follow company guidelines.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12th Pass.
* Good Hindi communication skills (Basic English is a plus).
* Basic computer knowledge.
