We are looking for a confident and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who can handle existing clients, manage communications, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

· Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

· Gender: Female Only

· Experience: 1–3 Years

· Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

· Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (Only 10 minutes walking distance from Metro Station)

· Working Days: 6 Days a Week

· Weekly Off: Wednesday Fixed Off

· Shift: Day Shift

· Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

· Resolve customer queries and provide timely support

· Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth communication

· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

· Meet clients personally whenever required

· Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
