Job Description
Job Title: Work-from-Home Telecaller (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female candidates for a permanent work-from-home telecalling position. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and comfortable making outbound calls.
Requirements:
Only female candidates
Must speak Hindi
Must have a Android smartphone
Any Education Qualification is welcomed
Must be able to make customer calls
Permanent work-from-home role
No fees or registration charges
5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Mandatory to attend training sessions of 2 Hours per day And Total of 10 Hours in 5 days.
Post training Hours required to work per day
- Full Timer- 4 Hours per day
Final Selection of candidate based on the performance and attendance during training week and Its compulsory to attend all training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients
Provide information and handle basic queries
Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
Keep simple records as required
