Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Healthcare / Diagnostics)

šŸ“ Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers

  • Provide accurate information on diagnostic tests (MRI, CT Scan, Blood Tests, etc.)
  • Share test prices and explain procedures clearly to customers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments at nearby diagnostic centres
  • Coordinate with diagnostic centres for availability and bookings
  • Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and appointments
  • Ensure a professional and empathetic customer experience


āœ… Requirements:Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English

  • Prior experience in customer support / healthcare / call center is a plus
  • Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp chats simultaneously
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
  • Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • šŸŽÆ Preferred Candidate:Experience in diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare platform
  • Familiar with MRI, CT Scan, Pathology test booking process (preferred but not mandatory)
