Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible candidate to join our team as a Customer Support & Operations Executive, who will also work closely as an Assistant to the General Manager (GM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer KYC verification and documentation
- Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions
- Customer support through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Bank reconciliation and payment verification
- Maintaining customer records and reports
- Preparing MIS and operational reports
- Assisting the GM in daily operational activities
- Coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow
- Follow-up on pending tasks and customer issues
- Data management and documentation
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Basic understanding of banking and reconciliation processes
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication and Excel skills may also apply
