Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Verify accuracy of data before entering it.
- Review and correct data inconsistations or errors.
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner.
- Generate reports as required.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Coordinate with team members for data collection and updates.
- Perform regular backups and documentation.
