Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to manage our daily online marketing operations. In this role, you will be the hands-on person responsible for maintaining our paid ad campaigns, monitoring keyword rankings, keeping our website updated, and driving consistent leads.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor daily paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Lead Tracking & Monitoring: Watch daily ad budgets carefully to ensure we aren’t wasting spend. Ensure leads are routing correctly to the team.
• On-Page & Local SEO: Perform routine keyword research using standard tools (like Ubersuggest or Google Keyword Planner), update meta titles/tags, and manage local SEO visibility.
• Content & Social Updates: Oversee basic website updates (WordPress/landing pages) and ensure regular posting on professional social channels.
• Reporting: Pull weekly and monthly performance data from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console to show traffic and lead trends.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling paid ads or organic search optimization.
• Tool Proficiency: Good comfort level with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and basic Google Analytics.
• SEO Basics: Clear understanding of how search engines work, keyword placement, and basic meta tag optimization.
• Execution Focus: A "doer" mindset. You can take a brief or an offer angle and turn it into live ads or updated landing pages quickly.
• Communication: Good written skills for basic ad copywriting, title descriptions, and clear team communication.
