Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation)
Location: Noida/NCR (Work From Home – Target Based)
Experience: 4+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation. Candidates with experience in Corporate Interiors, Infrastructure, Construction, or Project Sales industries will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating quality leads through digital platforms, managing outreach campaigns, and connecting with corporate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Run and manage targeted advertising campaigns for lead generation.
- Execute cold email marketing and bulk outreach campaigns.
- Identify and connect with corporate clients, facility managers, HR heads, administration teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client pitching, follow-up calls, and lead nurturing activities.
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing efficiency and lead generation.
- Maintain lead databases and regularly update CRM records.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and Outreach Tools.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience using AI-based marketing and automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
