Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive (D2C)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Mandatory)

Applicants must have prior experience working with D2C brands or a D2C-focused marketing agency.


About the Role

We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who understands the complete D2C growth ecosystem. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and media buyers to execute campaigns, optimize customer acquisition, and help scale fast-growing eCommerce brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing, analyzing data, and improving marketing performance every single day.


Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
  1. Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
  2. Assist in Google Ads campaign management
  3. Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
  4. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS
  5. Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages


  • Shopify & Website Optimization
  1. Update product pages, collections, banners, and landing pages
  2. Optimize conversion rates using heatmaps and analytics
  3. Coordinate with developers for website improvements
  4. Ensure tracking pixels and events work correctly


  • Analytics & ReportingMonitor KPIs including:
  • ROAS
  • CPA
  • CAC
  • CTR
  • CPM
  • CPC
  • Conversion Rate
  • AOV
  • Revenue


  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports


  • Identify opportunities for improvement using data


  • Creative Coordination
  1. Work with graphic designers and video editors
  2. Create creative briefs for ads
  3. Suggest new ad angles based on competitor research
  4. Coordinate UGC and influencer creatives
  5. Market ResearchResearch competitors daily
  6. Track new advertising trends
  7. Analyze competitor offers, pricing, creatives, and funnels
  8. Suggest new growth opportunities


  • Customer Journey Optimization
  1. Improve landing page experience
  2. Increase conversion rates
  3. Reduce cart abandonment
  4. Improve customer retention strategies


  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing
  1. Assist in creating email campaigns
  2. Set up abandoned cart flows
  3. Create promotional campaigns
  4. Support customer retention initiatives


  • Project Management
  1. Coordinate with designers, developers, and founders
  2. Ensure marketing tasks are completed on time
  3. Maintain organized documentation and campaign records


  • Daily Tasks
  1. Check Meta Ads performance
  2. Monitor campaign budgets and ROAS
  3. Pause underperforming ads
  4. Scale winning campaigns
  5. Analyze previous day's sales
  6. Review Shopify analytics
  7. Perform competitor research
  8. Coordinate with creative team for new ad creatives
  9. Upload creatives and launch campaigns
  10. Test new audiences and creatives
  11. Update task tracker
  12. Prepare end-of-day performance summary
  13. Identify growth opportunities
  14. Attend daily team stand-up meetings


  • Required Skills
  1. Minimum 1 year of D2C marketing experience
  2. Experience running Meta Ads
  3. Basic knowledge of Google Ads
  4. Good understanding of Shopify
  5. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4)
  6. Understanding of Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking
  7. Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels
  8. Strong analytical skills
  9. Excellent communication skills
  10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  11. Proactive problem-solving mindset


  • Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with Klaviyo or Email Marketing
  2. Experience with WhatsApp Marketing
  3. Basic Canva or Photoshop skills
  4. Experience using ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Asana
  5. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for marketing workflows
